Business Development Executive

A key role in driving data-driven insights that deliver significant value to clients by offering cost-saving strategies, proactively identifying potential losses, and providing tailored solutions to optimize client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate and present our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns.
• Schedule and organize meetings with potential clients to discuss offerings, gather requirements, and address queries.
• Undertaking sales activities including lead generation, proposal development, client communication
• Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls to introduce our products and services.
• Ensure timely follow-up on proposals, quotations, or information requests to maintain a responsive and client-focused approach.
• The products this person will be responsible for selling are:
• EOS (IAS19)
• ESOP (IFRS2)
• Metier projects (trainings, HR projects etc.)
• Actuarial Consulting & Loan Staff
• BI (Qlik, Implementation, & Dashboards)
• Data Governance (Data Management Solutions, strategy development & implementation)
• Financial Services
• BPO
• Software Licenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
• Candidate must have good negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Possess Passion to develop effective sales.
