Pro-S is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the MEP/HVAC industry. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a DAE in Mechanical Engineering and demonstrates a strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC solutions, and the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving sales strategy development, building business networks, and actively contributing to the growth of Pro-S by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships. The position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently without direct team management responsibilities. Attention to detail and consistent follow-up are key to success in this role, which demands a willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as part of business development activities.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the MEP/HVAC market to meet company growth targets. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential clients through active networking and engagement. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring all activities align with Pro-Ss objectives and industry standards.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders and bids, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical specifications and provide clients with accurate product and service information. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to present solutions, gather requirements, and build trust with stakeholders. Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the customer relationship management system. Communicate effectively with team members and management to share insights, progress, and challenges.
Ensure excellent organizational skills to handle multiple accounts and follow up promptly on leads and client queries. Work independently, demonstrating strong self-motivation and decision-making abilities, while collaborating effectively within a team environment when needed. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and industry knowledge enhancement to stay ahead in the competitive MEP/HVAC sector.
