Business Development Executive

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive who can handle outreach, generate leads, and close deals for our creative services. This is a position suitable for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and understands the value of design and tech in today’s business world.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other outreach platforms
• Conduct cold outreach and pitch services, including web development, branding, logos, and AI chatbots
• Identify potential clients and initiate conversations that convert to business
• Book meetings and coordinate with the internal creative team for follow-up
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and status using CRM tools
• Achieve monthly sales and meeting targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and client needs

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or business development, and at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong understanding of creative and tech services, such as website design and branding
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Must be available during 6 PM – 2 AM (Pakistan Time)

Compensation & Growth:

• Base Salary: PKR 35,000 per month
• Commission on each closed deal
• Monthly performance-based bonuses
