Role Summary
Getweys is hiring a Sales person ppto lead our B2B software sales function end-to-end. You will own pipeline, manage the sales team, drive direct enterprise/SMB selling, and consistently close deals. This role is hands-on: strategy + execution.
Key Responsibilities
Direct B2B Selling (Core)
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closing.
Sell to decision makers: CEOs, CFOs, Financial Controllers, Operations Heads.
Team Leadership
Build, train, and manage the sales team (SDRs/BDRs + Account Executives).
Set weekly targets, pipelines, daily activity standards, and coaching routines.
Pipeline & Forecasting
Create predictable pipeline coverage (e.g., 3–4× quota).
Maintain CRM hygiene: stages, next steps, probability, close date, deal value.
Sales Playbooks & Process
Build repeatable playbooks: ICP, qualification (MEDDICC/BANT), objection handling, demo scripts.
Coordinate with product/marketing for sales enablement.
Closing & Negotiations
Lead pricing, packaging, contracts, procurement, and stakeholder alignment.
Feedback Loop
Bring customer insights to product: features, objections, pricing pressure, competitor notes.
Required Experience
5–6 years in software sales / B2B SaaS / business development
Proven track record of closing (not just lead generation)
Experience selling to mid-market/enterprise stakeholders
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capability
Comfortable with targets, reporting, and CRM discipline
Nice to Have
Experience selling ERP, BI, finance automation, analytics, AI tools
Exposure to Pakistan/Global B2B markets
Built a sales function or led a small team before
