About the Role
Katalynx Consulting is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Associate to support the firm’s internal operations. This role will be responsible for handling marketing support, administrative operations, and general operations coordination , ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and enabling consulting teams to focus on client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Branding Support
- Assist in executing marketing initiatives aligned with company goals
- Coordinate social media posting schedules and basic content updates
- Support preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and case studies
- Assist in organizing webinars, events, and outreach activities
- Track marketing data, leads, and basic performance reports
Admin Operations
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Manage operational documentation, reports, and records
- Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and finance coordination
- Support procurement and asset management
Execution & Coordination
- Ensure internal processes and SOPs are followed consistently
- Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Provide operational support to leadership and consulting teams
- Assist in improving internal workflows and operational efficiency
- Handle ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, HR, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a consulting or professional services firm
- Familiarity with HR systems, CRM tools, or project management software
- Basic understanding of marketing and brand coordination
