SEO Specialist

Galex Tech is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has expert knowledge in keyword research, technical SEO, and search engine algorithms. This role requires a professional with at least two years of experience who can lead and manage a team of 20 individuals to optimize the companys online presence and improve search engine rankings. The SEO Specialist will drive strategy development and execution to enhance organic traffic and support the overall marketing goals of Galex Tech. As the leader of a substantial team, the SEO Specialist will oversee daily operations, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor team members to advance their skills. This position demands a deep understanding of how search engines evolve and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly. The professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance data, and implement improvements that increase visibility and customer engagement across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
 

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to company websites.
• Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms and content opportunities that align with business objectives.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may hinder search engine performance, including site speed, crawl errors, and mobile optimization.
• Monitor and analyze search engine algorithms to anticipate changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain high visibility in search results.
• Manage and lead a team of 20 SEO professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure goals are met effectively.
• Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and structured data for improved search relevancy.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of SEO initiatives and inform future strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, development, and design teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing campaigns and technical requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of SEO innovation.
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and workflow within the SEO team to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
