About the Role

We are launching FlexiHold, a modern flexible packaging brand by Tanvir Packages, focused on delivering high-quality solutions across industries including food, retail, logistics, and manufacturing.

We’re looking for a founding marketing team member — someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and build a brand from the ground up.

This is not a routine job. You will be responsible for shaping the entire marketing direction of the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategy & Brand Building

* Develop the brand identity, positioning, and messaging for FlexiHold

* Analyse competitor brands (local & international) and identify gaps

* Recommend improvements in packaging design, product presentation, and communication

Website & Digital Presence

* Lead website planning, structure, and UX improvements

* Suggest features like product filtering, customer journeys, and content flow

* Work closely on SEO-focused product pages (B2B packaging focus)

Creative Direction

* Guide design for:

* Packaging cartons

* Product visuals

* Marketing creatives

* Ensure a premium and consistent brand look

Team Building & Leadership

* Hire and manage interns (designers, content writers, social media)

* Assign tasks, review work, and maintain quality standards

* Build the foundation of a full marketing team

Growth & Execution

* Plan and execute campaigns for:

* Garbage bags

* Stretch film

* Shrink sleeves

* Identify new opportunities in B2B packaging markets

Who We’re Looking For

* 2–5 years experience in marketing, branding, or growth roles

* Strong understanding of branding, design, and digital marketing

* Ability to think independently and take ownership

* Experience with website planning, UX/UI, or SEO is a big plus

* Passion for products, packaging, and visual presentation

* Leadership mindset — someone who can build and manage a team
