This role is responsible for managing both service and sales operations, focusing on client engagement, portfolio and revenue growth, service excellence, and ensuring operational compliance. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Priority Qualified Clients who are new to the bank.
- Provide comprehensive service to clients within the assigned portfolio, including dormancy removal and handling service requests.
- Identify client needs and cross-sell appropriate products to enhance client value.
- Increase Wealth Management penetration by adding new clients to wealth services within the portfolio.
- Encourage and support clients to migrate to digital channels for routine banking transactions.
- Actively consume and convert assigned leads to grow the client base.
- Maintain regular client contact in accordance with prescribed guidelines.
- Implement client journey interventions specifically designed for Priority clients.
