Key Responsibilities
- Verify sales delivery conditions in accordance with company policies.
- Manage the issuance of sales invoices and ensure accurate accounting of sales revenue.
- Review invoices and income, overseeing sales-related financial processes.
- Handle accounts receivable management effectively.
- Understand and apply expense recognition principles.
- Verify disbursements and maintain accurate records following company guidelines.
- Monitor company expense policies and provide suggestions based on local practices.
- Record and control employee cash advances.
- Verify and manage fixed assets, ensuring proper documentation.
- Reconcile and manage other receivables and payables.
- Conduct monthly closing of expense-related accounting activities.
- Prepare monthly reports and analyses related to expense and budget management.
- Possess knowledge or relevant experience regarding Pakistan tax regulations, including sales tax, withholding tax, personal income tax, and annual corporate tax.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the headquarters’ financial team and management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance-related roles, preferably within a heavy equipment sales company.
- Strong attention to detail, diligence, and the ability to work proactively under pressure.
- Familiarity with local financial standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficiency in SAP, E-INVOICE modules, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in either Chinese or English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Professional accounting certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly desirable.
- Experience working with local financial standards alongside IFRS.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and E-INVOICE systems, coupled with strong IT skills.
- Strong communication skills in Chinese or English to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
