• Oversee and maintain Upwork profile, consistently updating and aligning with evolving market trends.
• Engage with potential clients by responding to inquiries and handling proposal submissions professionally and strategically.
• Collaborate with internal teams to accurately reflect our services and capabilities on the platform.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance Upwork ranking and visibility, driving new business opportunities.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
