Job Summary

One of our client is looking for a skilled Bengali Language Expert to support various language-related projects. This role involves using strong linguistic knowledge and cultural understanding to ensure high-quality Bengali communication across different types of content. The ideal candidate has excellent command of written and spoken Bengali and is comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment while maintaining strong attention to linguistic accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Translate and review content from and into Bengali while maintaining clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance.

Conduct linguistic reviews to ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology.

Collaborate with internal teams to support content development and language-related initiatives.

Ensure written and verbal communication in Bengali is clear, professional, and culturally appropriate.

Provide guidance on Bengali grammar, language usage, and linguistic best practices.

Assist in maintaining language resources, documentation, and project materials.

Address language-related queries and support quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali with strong command of grammar, spelling, and vocabulary.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bengali and English.

Experience in translation, localization, linguistic review, or related language roles.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Academic background in linguistics, translation studies, Bengali language, or a related field.

Experience collaborating with multicultural or distributed teams.
