BD Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Based on the company’s overall strategy and the characteristics of the veterinary drug market in Pakistan, develop annual and quarterly sales plans for the regional veterinary product line. Define core targets such as sales revenue, profit, and payment collection, break them down by team and region, track progress, adjust strategies dynamically, and ensure performance achievement.
• Develop key local clients in Pakistan, covering major pharmaceutical manufacturers with a particular focus on veterinary drug factories. Explore potential collaboration opportunities, build a diversified customer portfolio, and focus on maintaining long‑term strategic partnerships with key accounts.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive customer profiles, conduct regular follow‑ups, promptly respond to customer inquiries and resolve complex issues in cooperation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor intelligence to provide data-driven insights and strategic support for product strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with the company's technical and marketing departments to convey local customers' product requirements and market pain points, supporting product optimization, localization adaptation, and new product development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; preference will be given to candidates with a background in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, Chemistry or related fields.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, with familiarity regarding market landscape, customer profiles in Pakistan.
• Possess extensive local customer resources and a track record of successful sales cases.
