B2B Sales Executive (US Market) – Night Shift | High Earnings Potential

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-Site)
Shift: Night (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) | Monday – Saturday
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 75,000 (Base) + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We are hiring experienced B2B Sales Executives for a well-established US-based organization operating since 2012. This is a direct US principal opportunity—no third-party campaigns, no commission sharing, and long-term stability with a consistent payroll track record.

What You’ll Earn

• Top Performers: PKR 200,000+ per month
• Average Performers: PKR 100,000+ per month
• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 75,000 (fixed & on-time)
• Uncapped Commission Structure

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle for US clients
• Conduct outbound calls and connect with decision-makers
• Present, negotiate, and close deals professionally
• Maintain and grow your own sales pipeline

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience in outbound US B2B sales
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Proven closing skills and target-driven mindset
• Willing to work night shift (full-time, on-site)
• Must be able to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar (Block 14)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
