Shamsi Pakistan is seeking a motivated B2B Apparel Export Sales professional with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our international market presence by proactively identifying and engaging potential global buyers. This role requires excellence in communication, fluent English proficiency, and strong skills in international sales strategy and market research. The position does not involve managing a team but requires close collaboration with internal export and sales departments to support business growth and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be instrumental in growing Shamsi Pakistan's global client base through targeted lead generation and effective sales outreach. In this role, you will employ your expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and qualification to connect with potential customers across key B2B platforms such as Alibaba and LinkedIn. You will present company products and offerings professionally, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the sales cycle. Organizing follow-ups and coordinating with internal teams for quotations, samples, and shipment details are critical to maintaining strong customer relationships. This role demands a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to utilize CRM systems to keep comprehensive records of all interactions and business leads. Responsibilities
 

  • Make outbound calls and send professional emails to potential international buyers to introduce company products and services.
  • Conduct thorough online research on multiple databases and B2B platforms such as Alibaba and LinkedIn to identify new business leads.
  • Generate, qualify, and maintain a pipeline of potential international customers interested in apparel exports.
  • Present detailed and persuasive product information clearly and effectively to global clients, emphasizing features and benefits.
  • Maintain continuous communication with existing clients and new prospects through timely follow-ups to foster strong relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the export and sales teams to prepare accurate quotations, arrange samples, and provide shipment updates.
  • Record and update all client communications, leads, and progress within the companys CRM or internal reporting system to ensure transparency and efficient tracking.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Work independently to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and organize sales documentation and records meticulously to support business operations and audits.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions to uphold the companys reputation in the international marketplace.
