EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks a dedicated Assistant/Deputy Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience for its Channel Management department. This role involves managing the entire operational process flow of the sales channel to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Channel Head and sales staff, providing essential business insights, commission structures, and salary details.  The Assistant/Deputy Manager takes full responsibility for overseeing agency management processes, accurately analyzing business performance, and generating comprehensive reports to support decision-making. This position is pivotal in managing payment processing, commission distribution, and incentive schemes, including campaign-related rewards. Handling queries and addressing complaints effectively from sales staff form an essential aspect of this role, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure timely solutions and maintain productive relationships across the channel network.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete operational process flow of the sales channel, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee the overall agency management process, supporting smooth coordination between various agencies and EFU Life Assurance Ltd.
  • Conduct detailed business analysis using sales performance data and prepare accurate and insightful business reports for the channel.
  • Provide continuous support to the Channel Head and sales staff with critical business data, commission reports, salary structures, and related allowances.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end payment processes, including the processing of commissions, incentive payments, and distribution of campaign prizes.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to queries and complaints raised by sales personnel, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline channel operations and implement initiatives that enhance productivity and compliance.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of channel activities, payment schedules, and agency interactions for transparency and audit purposes.
  • The minimum education requirement is a Bachelor's/Masters in Business Administration or a relevant field.
