We’re Hiring: Assistant to General ManagerAl Riaz Chemicals is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant to GM to support our leadership team in managing daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives. This is a great opportunity to work closely with top management in a growing chemical industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence on behalf of the GM.
• Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow and timely task execution.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business matters.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Male candidates preferred.

• Location: I.I Chandigarh Road, Karachi
• Full-time | First Shift (8:45 AM – 5:10 PM)
• Salary: Starting PKR 50,000 (based on experience)
