Haseens is a leading name in contemporary Eastern wear, known for quality craftsmanship and innovative design. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to support our production operations and ensure timely, high-quality output across all collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the production department
Coordinate with in-house tailors, vendors, karigars, and fabric suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment
Track production timelines, manage workflow, and identify potential delays or bottlenecks
Maintain detailed production reports and ensure quality compliance
Monitor material availability and communicate requirements to procurement
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Support quality checks and ensure garments meet the brand’s standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fashion or textile production
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
Knowledge of Eastern wear production processes is a strong advantage

Working Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Competitive – based on experience
