Assistant Manager - Technical Services

We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Technical Services for one of our leading clients.

• Experience and Education Required:
• Relevant experience of 3-5 years in the garment industry
• Bachelor's/master's degree in Industrial/Garment Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Technical Advisory and business development initiatives.
• Responsible of handling routine customer complaints and providing solutions.
• Educating customers about productivity enhancement solutions through technical sessions/trial threads
• Liaison with the North Sales Team for the collaborative business development opportunities
• Support the North Sales Team on technical queries and problems on the ground.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, security procedures, and instructions.
• Works proactively to promote teamwork at all levels of the company.
