HRSI is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager HR to join its dynamic human resources department. This position plays a critical role in driving various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in handling HR information systems and facilitating training and development initiatives. With at least three years of progressive HR experience, the candidate must have a solid understanding of local labor laws and contribute to a workforce of 200 employees by providing professional HR support and guidance. This role also demands excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. The Assistant Manager HR will work closely with senior leadership to develop HR strategies and effectively manage an extensive team by coordinating workforce planning and maintaining up-to-date employee records. Moreover, this role involves overseeing grievance management and fostering a positive employee relations environment. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of performance appraisals, onboarding processes, and training programs, utilizing HR information systems to track key metrics such as attrition, turnover, and employee engagement. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional capable of enhancing organizational effectiveness while complying with legal and company standards.
Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, including creating job postings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and providing counseling to support a healthy work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and manage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data efficiently.
  • Support the development, implementation, and adherence to HR policies ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance appraisal cycles by organizing evaluation activities and supporting feedback processes.
  • Generate comprehensive HR reports and track workforce metrics such as attrition, turnover, and employee engagement to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Liaise regularly with senior leadership to align HR strategies and initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Oversee a team workforce consisting of approximately 200 employees, ensuring effective HR management practices across departments.
  • Utilize HR management software systems proficiently (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR) to streamline HR operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and interactions.
  • Ensure negotiation and problem-solving in HR processes to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
