With at least three years of progressive HR experience, the candidate must have a solid understanding of local labor laws and contribute to a workforce of 200 employees by providing professional HR support and guidance. This role also demands excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. The Assistant Manager HR will work closely with senior leadership to develop HR strategies and effectively manage an extensive team by coordinating workforce planning and maintaining up-to-date employee records. Moreover, this role involves overseeing grievance management and fostering a positive employee relations environment. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of performance appraisals, onboarding processes, and training programs, utilizing HR information systems to track key metrics such as attrition, turnover, and employee engagement. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional capable of enhancing organizational effectiveness while complying with legal and company standards.
