Assistant Female HR

K Com Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a forward-thinking company specializing in innovative business and technology solutions, is looking for a dedicated Female Assistant HR to join their team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the resume databank to ensure a well-structured and easily accessible database of potential candidates. Filter resumes efficiently and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process. Manage onboarding documentation by ensuring all mandatory forms are accurately completed and submitted. Prepare, tag, and index personal files for new employees, maintaining order and easy retrieval. Update and maintain employee personal files daily with relevant documentation to keep records current. Manage employee data within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:
This role is open to female candidates only. Applicants must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree. Candidates should have between six months to one year of experience in an HR-specific role. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office applications are required to handle daily tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Preference will be given to candidates with one year of experience as an HR Assistant. The position is based in Karachi, specifically in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, and requires in-person attendance. The monthly salary ranges from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000.
