Assistant Compliance officer

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee factory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements for our textile manufacturing operations in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Pakistan labor laws, social security, EOBI, and H&S standards
• Manage buyer and third-party audits (BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, ISO, SA8000, etc.)
• Maintain compliance documentation and corrective action plans (CAPs)
• Conduct factory inspections and compliance training for staff
• Coordinate with HR, production, and management teams
• Liaise with buyers, auditors, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5–8 years of compliance experience in textile/garment manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of local laws and international buyer standards
• Hands-on audit handling experience
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred (Plus)

• SA8000 / ISO / WRAP / BSCI certifications
• NEBOSH or IOSH (HSE background)
