The Area Sales Manager at Tecno Group is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the dealer network within the assigned territory. This role focuses on developing strong relationships with dealers and customers to maximize market coverage and achieve region-specific sales targets. The Area Sales Manager works closely with various internal departments to resolve regional challenges efficiently and ensure smooth operations. Additionally, this position involves planning and executing marketing and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and stimulate sales within the territory. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of relevant experience and excels in territory management, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management. This role does not involve managing a team, but requires excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively. The Area Sales Manager stays vigilant of competitor activities, providing valuable insights that support informed strategic decisions. They are tasked with ensuring accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and maintaining dealer-wise and model-wise sales performance aligned with company goals. Coordinating with the Regional Manager of After-sales, the manager supports the timely resolution of warranty-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position plays a critical role in executing the companys sales objectives while fostering ongoing growth within the specified territory through careful market analysis and proactive relationship management.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and cultivate a strong dealer network within the assigned territory to ensure comprehensive market coverage and sustained growth.
  • Achieve designated sales targets by actively managing dealer-wise and model-wise sales and payment processes in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and customers to promptly address and resolve any regional issues impacting sales or service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities continuously, sharing insights to assist senior management with strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Plan, implement, and supervise marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and support sales objectives within the territory.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain detailed and accurate sales forecasts regularly to track progress against targets and inform resource planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager After-sales to ensure swift and effective resolution of warranty concerns, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain focus on meeting model-wise sales goals, aligning daily activities with broader business strategies and performance metrics.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with dealers and customers, fostering trust and loyalty to sustain ongoing business growth.
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring coherent support for territorial operations.
