Looking for an Appian Analyst (Remote – GMT+4 Time Zone)

We’re supporting a fintech company as they grow their team with the addition of an Appian Analyst. You’ll be working closely with developers and stakeholders to define and optimise digital workflows across banking operations. Experience in banking or financial services is ideal.

The Role:

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and process automation. You’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring Appian solutions align with operational and strategic goals in a regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Analysing existing processes and identifying areas for automation or improvement.
Translating business requirements into clear technical specifications for Appian developers.
Supporting the design of workflows, records, and reports on the Appian platform.
Facilitating workshops and working sessions with product, tech, and business teams.
Supporting testing and UAT phases to ensure solutions meet business expectations.

What They’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as an Appian Analyst or Business Process Analyst.
Hands-on familiarity with the Appian platform and BPM principles.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services is ideal.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of Appian integrations and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
Exposure to other BPM or low-code platforms.

This role is fully remote, but you’ll need to be available to work GMT+4 hours.
