Job Title: Amazon PPC Specialist (USA & Canada)

Location: Full-Time Remote

Experience: 4+ Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven, high-performance Amazon PPC Specialist to lead our advertising strategy across Amazon USA and Canada. In this role, your primary focus will be the architecture, execution, and optimization of our paid traffic funnel. You will be responsible for scaling our brand’s visibility while maintaining a laser focus on efficiency. Your core mission is to drive aggressive year-over-year revenue growth while maintaining a strict ACOS target of 25% or below.

Key Responsibilities

Advertising Strategy & Execution: Design and manage complex campaign structures across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (Video/Storefront), and Sponsored Display.

Bid & Budget Management: Proactively manage daily bids and budget allocations to maximize ROAS and ensure the 25% ACOS target is met across all SKU life cycles.

Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct deep-dive keyword harvesting and competitor analysis to identify high-intent search terms and defensive/offensive targeting opportunities.

Performance Optimization: Implement advanced tactics such as dayparting, placement adjustments, and negative keyword sculpting to eliminate wasted spend.

Full-Funnel Integration: Collaborate with the creative team to optimize product listings for conversion, ensuring that PPC traffic is directed to high-performing, SEO-optimized content.

Cross-Border Scaling: Manage the nuances of the Canadian marketplace, including currency fluctuations and localized keyword trends, to mirror the success of the US market.

Advanced Analytics: Provide detailed weekly reports on TACOS, ROAS, Share of Voice (SOV), and Conversion Rates (CVR) to the executive team.

Required Qualifications

4+ Years of Amazon Ads Experience: Direct, hands-on experience managing a minimum of $1M+ in annual ad spend.

Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in the Amazon Advertising Console and third-party optimization software (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Perpetua, or Pacvue).

Efficiency Driven: A proven track record of maintaining ACOS at or below 25% during scale-up phases.

Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data sets and pivot strategies based on real-time performance metrics.

Market Knowledge: Experience managing advertising accounts for both Amazon.com and Amazon.ca.

Self-Starter: Proven ability to thrive in a 100% remote environment, meeting deadlines and performance targets with minimal supervision.
