Gulf Star Services is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and career-oriented professional to join our team as an Air Ticketing & Tour Staff member. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in air ticketing, GDS systems, travel operations, and tourism services, with a proven background in the travel agency industry.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Domestic and International Air Ticketing.
• Proficiency in GDS systems, particularly Sabre and Galileo.
• Hands-on experience with travel software and booking systems.
• Good knowledge of hotel booking portals and online reservation engines.
• Strong understanding of current travel and tourism trends.
• Ability to handle ticket reservations, amendments, cancellations, re-issuance, and related travel services.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and travel partners.
• Provide accurate and efficient travel-related assistance to customers.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates with a proven Travel Agency / Travel & Tourism industry background will be preferred.
• Experienced candidates only are encouraged to apply.
• Gender: Male.
• Work Location: In-person / On-site.
