Job Description

NxTechNova is looking for an experienced AI & Automation Specialist with strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) and business process automation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end AI automation systems for lead generation, sales, customer engagement, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage advanced GHL CRM, workflows, pipelines, funnels, and automations.

Automate leads from Meta, websites, landing pages, and other sources.

Develop AI Voice Agents and AI Chatbots for lead qualification, follow-ups, appointment booking, and customer support.

Build integrations using n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks.

Integrate and automate Pipedrive, HubSpot, GHL, and other CRM platforms.

Create automated Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and multi-channel follow-up systems.

Implement AI/LLM solutions into business workflows.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation systems.

Create scalable automation solutions for NxTechNova and its clients.
