About Us

We are a US-based 8-figure e-commerce company running multiple brands across 8 international Amazon marketplaces with a 20+ person distributed team. We are building an AI-powered business operating system on BigQuery, dbt, Odoo 18, Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Slack. We are not looking for someone to manage existing tools. We are building the tools.

The Role

You will own our automation and AI infrastructure end-to-end. That means completing and operating a multi-agent AI system across our core business pipelines, maintaining production Google Chat bots built in Apps Script, architecting n8n/Make workflows across our full tech stack, and keeping our ClickUp workspace running as the operational backbone of the company. You report directly to the founder.

AI Agents. Complete, connect, and maintain production agents covering inventory, advertising, listing quality, competitor intelligence, and financial performance. These agents make real operational decisions. This is not no-code assembly or prompt tinkering.

Google Apps Script. We have multiple production bots integrating ClickUp, Odoo, BigQuery, and OpenAI via Google Chat. You maintain and extend them, and build new Workspace automations as needed.

Automation Pipelines. Own the n8n/Make layer connecting Amazon SP-API, Odoo 18, BigQuery, ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and third-party data providers, including data ingestion and agent output routing.

Data Pipelines. Stabilize and improve our Cloud Functions-based scraper infrastructure feeding BigQuery, including replacing fragile scrapers with more reliable solutions.

ClickUp. You own the workspace: structure, automations, templates, and all integrations.

This Is Not a Zapier Role

You will be designing multi-agent orchestration pipelines, debugging production Cloud Function failures, and building AI routers that classify and route data without human input. If you need to be told what to build, this is the wrong fit.

Requirements

• Pakistan-based, 50 Mbps+ internet with backup
• 3+ years building production automations in n8n, Make, or equivalent with real AI/LLM integration
• Strong OpenAI/Claude API experience: function calling, structured outputs, tool use, retry logic, production error handling
• Strong Google Apps Script: bots, Workspace integrations, external API connections
• Solid REST API, webhook, OAuth, and JSON debugging skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken

Preferred: BigQuery/dbt/SQL, Amazon SP-API, GCP (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub), multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI), MCP servers, Odoo, browser automation (Apify, Playwright).

How We Work

Everything lives in ClickUp. Every workflow has an SOP. Status updates require evidence. We deploy at 70% and iterate fast. We expect you to identify gaps and propose solutions without being asked.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
