Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an After Sales Service Representative located in Karāchi. Key responsibilities include managing post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, providing assistance with product-related issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The representative will also process returns, assist with warranty claims, maintain service records, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues swiftly. Building positive client relationships and delivering clear communication will be central to this role.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills, including the ability to handle client inquiries, complaints, and offer resolutions professionally and efficiently.
• Problem-solving and Analytical skills to address customer needs and suggest improvements for service processes.
• Organizational and Time Management ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain service schedules, and process documentation accurately.
• Technical proficiency to understand product specifications and assist customers with product-related queries effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer support tools.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages relevant to the region is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in after-sales service, customer support, or related fields is preferred.
