We’re looking for a driven and people-focused individual eager to grow in both sales and student experience management.
This is a blended role — starting with Admissions (Sales) and transitioning into Student Success (Customer Excellence & Retention) after the initial learning phase.
Responsibilities
Phase 1 – Admissions (First 2–3 Weeks)
* Speak with parents, understand student needs, and recommend suitable tutoring plans.
* Manage leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Share insights and suggestions for process improvements.
Phase 2 – Student Success
* Build strong relationships with enrolled parents and students.
* Ensure smooth coordination between teaching and support teams.
* Handle retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (Education, or related).
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Interest in education and long-term growth.
* 0–2 years of relevant experience (sales, admissions, or customer service).
