We are hiring an Admin Officer for our Karachi office!

Location: Karachi
Shift Timings: Rotational (8 hours)
Qualification: Graduate in a relevant discipline
Experience: 2–4 years in Administration

Job Specifications and Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations efficiently.
  • Handle documentation, records management, and internal coordination.
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Assist in ISMS audits and contribute to process improvement and revamping initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, transport services, and external stakeholders.
  • Support planning and execution of internal events and administrative activities.

Skillset Required:

  • Strong administrative and office management capabilities.
  • Experience in audit support, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Effective event, transport, and vendor coordination skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured and timely manner.
