We are looking for an Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and maintenance operations of our Mart Markitt. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure the smooth functioning of store facilities and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and ensure efficient office/store support.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for retail outlets and office facilities.
  • Monitor utility services, equipment, and facility upkeep to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Maintain administrative records, invoices, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding operational and administrative requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Prepare administrative reports and support management with operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bechlors.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Good knowledge of facility management and maintenance coordination.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
