Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team located at Tariq Road, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance and possess hands-on experience managing daily financial operations. This role involves working closely with various branches, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall accounting functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily sales and banking activities efficiently.
- Manage and monitor petty cash transactions across branches.
- Maintain and prepare the Trial Balance regularly.
- Coordinate daily with branch offices to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Verify and check branch petty cash for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation in line with company policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to manage numerical data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with branches and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the restaurant industry is considered an advantage.
