🎯 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 10–15 years

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Lead the bank’s overall finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the bank’s business objectives.

- Oversee financial reporting, profitability, liquidity, capital management, and ALM.

- Ensure compliance with 𝐒𝐁𝐏 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐭𝐚𝐱 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬.

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the 𝐂𝐄𝐎, 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭.

- Drive cost optimization, financial efficiency, and profitability improvement.

- Oversee relationships with auditors, regulators, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders.

- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management practices.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- 10–15 years of progressive experience, preferably within the 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫.

- 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, with a strong understanding of digital banking operations, products, platforms, and financial models.

- Proven experience at 𝐂𝐅𝐎, 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐂𝐅𝐎, 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐒𝐕𝐏/𝐄𝐕𝐏 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭

- Strong knowledge of 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐒𝐁𝐏 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐜𝐲, 𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐀𝐋𝐌, 𝐭𝐚𝐱𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.

- Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

- 𝐂𝐀 / 𝐂𝐅𝐀 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 professional qualification preferred.
