Role Description The Internal Audit Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karāchi. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas, ensuring that internal controls are effective and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing accounting records and financial statements, assessing risk and control frameworks, performing detailed financial audits, and recommending improvements to processes and systems. The Internal Audit Manager will collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams to address audit findings, monitor remediation plans, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing clear audit documentation, presenting audit results to management, and supporting management in strengthening governance and risk management practices.
Qualifications
 

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify control gaps, and evaluate risk.
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles, including understanding of financial statements and reporting.
• Experience in designing, evaluating, and enhancing Internal Controls across financial and operational processes.
• Hands-on experience conducting Financial Audits, including planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIA) are an advantage.
• Proven experience in internal audit or external audit within manufacturing or textiles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate audit findings clearly, prepare structured reports, and present to senior management.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
