About the Role:

ABS International is looking for a YouTube Account Manager to manage and grow an Islamic content YouTube channel along with the official social media profiles associated with a public figure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in YouTube channel management, content optimization, analytics, social media management, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel.
• Plan and maintain an effective content publishing schedule.
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, thumbnails, and other SEO elements.
• Monitor YouTube Analytics, including views, impressions, CTR, audience retention, watch time, and subscriber growth.
• Develop strategies to increase channel reach, engagement, views, and subscribers.
• Manage official social media profiles across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
• Repurpose and distribute content across relevant social media platforms.
• Stay updated with YouTube and social media algorithms, trends, and platform updates.
• Analyze content performance and recommend improvements based on data.
• Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for audience growth.
• Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and content presentation.

Requirement:

• Proven experience managing YouTube channels and social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and content discovery.
• Hands-on knowledge of YouTube Studio and Analytics.
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and other major social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and audience-growth strategies.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing content for a public figure, creator, media personality, or established brand will be an advantage.
• Experience with Islamic, educational, inspirational, or similar content will be considered an advantage.
