Security Guard

Dawat-e-Islami Trust is seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard with at least 2 years of experience to ensure the safety and security of its premises. The successful candidate will monitor surveillance equipment, respond promptly to incidents, and perform regular patrols to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards. This role demands attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to follow established security protocols to maintain a secure environment. The Security Guard will maintain order and provide a visible presence to deter potential threats while protecting the organization's assets, employees, and visitors. This position requires completing a matriculation level education, and the candidate must be capable of handling emergency situations calmly and effectively. The role does not involve managing a team but requires working collaboratively with other security personnel and following instructions from supervisors.
Responsibilities
 

• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activities or safety hazards.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure doors, windows, and gates are secure.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents on site.
• Check identification and authorize access for visitors and staff entering the premises.
• Report any security breaches, incidents, or irregularities to the management promptly.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures in accordance with organizational standards.
• Provide guidance to visitors and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Maintain physical fitness and readiness to perform security duties effectively.
