Reporting and Quality Assurance Executive

About the job

This is a 6 days a week full-time *remote* role operating from 4pm to 1am, with one day a week onsite at the office based in Malir Cantt, Karachi.

We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in quality assurance and supporting the growth of SeekMath.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow operations to monitor quality and compliance

• Document and report employee performance and quality

• Identify areas for improvement and flag issues to relevant departments

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date performance and quality reports

• Assist in building SOPs and quality control checklists

• Coordinate with Administration and Sales to ensure consistent service delivery

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and observation skills

• Excellent English comprehension and documentation skills

• Skilled in Excel, Google Sheets, and report formatting

Compensation Structure:

• Base Salary: 35,000/-

• Monthly Performance Bonuses
