We’re Hiring: Receivables Executive | Collections & Customer Coordination

Are you confident on calls, great at building customer relationships, and skilled at turning follow-ups into results?

Icon Global (Private) Limited is looking for a proactive Receivables Executive who can confidently communicate with customers and ensure timely collection of outstanding credit amounts.

Timing: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Location: DHA Phase 2 Ext, Karachi

What You’ll Do
Engage with customers through calls and emails regarding outstanding payments.
Follow up, negotiate, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Build professional customer relationships while achieving collection targets.
Maintain accurate records of follow-ups, commitments, and payment statuses.

What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal communication skills — a must!
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
Experience in receivables, collections, customer service, tele sales, or a similar role.
A confident, target-oriented, and results-driven attitude.
Good written communication and basic MS Office skills.
