NetSuite Functional Consultant

About the Role:
California Chemical Company is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant to support Operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the ERP Solution Architecture team to configure, improve, and maintain scalable ERP processes that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain NetSuite modules including:
Financial Management
Procure-to-Pay
Order-to-Cash
Inventory Management
Manufacturing
Warehouse Operations
CRM
WMS
Develop and maintain:
Saved Searches
Workflows
Dashboards
Forms
Reports
Support UAT, testing, deployment validation, and change management.
Provide ERP functional support to the users.
Troubleshoot operational and transactional issues.
Create process documentation and functional specifications.
Work closely with ERP Manager, Architects, Developers and Integration Consultants during project delivery.

Required Skills
1-2 years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
Experience with:
Saved Searches
Workflows
Roles & Permissions
Custom Forms
Reports & Dashboards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or software development with Netsuite certification with Manufacturing or Distribution industry experience preferred.
