Hiring: Medical Superintendent

Hamdard Hospital is hiring a Medical Superintendent to lead clinical and administrative operations. Candidates must hold an MBBS degree with at least 10 years of experience managing a hospital as an Administrator/Medical Superintendent (MS).

Lead and oversee the hospital's clinical and administrative operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ensure strict compliance with all healthcare laws, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.

Supervise, mentor, and coordinate medical staff, including doctors, nursing, and paramedical teams, to maintain high standards of patient care.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies aimed at continuous quality improvement and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with various hospital departments to maintain smooth daily operations and optimize workflow.

Manage patient safety initiatives by embedding best practices in clinical governance and risk management.

Coordinate and lead clinical audits and quality assurance programs to assess and enhance service quality.

Handle preparation and response to external audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Utilize healthcare information management systems effectively to monitor clinical and operational data for decision-making.

Plan and execute emergency and crisis management activities using the incident command system framework to protect patients and staff.

Monitor and evaluate hospital performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement targeted strategies.

Manage a team of healthcare professionals by providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

Promote a culture of continuous professional development and learning across all departments.
