IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the regional fiber network, overseeing the seamless handover and takeover of infrastructure from deployment to operations. The role focuses on minimizing fiber cuts, coordinating Fiber Maintenance Center (FMC) teams for timely fault restoration, and implementing preventive measures to improve network reliability, service availability, and overall operational performance.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT:

• Implement proactive measures to ensure uninterrupted service to the valued customers by achieving the availability of transmission system
• Manage & resolve complex OF cable faults and submit report to the management
• Efficient utilization of available resources and its timely forecast for procurement
• To conduct Provisional Acceptance Testing of newly laid OFC and coordination with development wing for observing PTCL Standards

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

Qualification:

Education:

• BE/BS Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics etc.)

Education:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience

Technical Competency:

• Network operations
• Fiber Operations
• Analysis
