Head of Copy & Content

Job Summary
Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Head of Copy & Content.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic copywriting professional to lead and execute all written content across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role responsible for creating high-quality, conversion-focused content while ensuring brand consistency and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Write and manage copy for email/SMS campaigns, paid ads, social media, websites, and landing pages.
Develop content strategies and brand tone of voice for client accounts.
Collaborate with the Creative and Outreach teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
Manage multiple content projects, calendars, and client revisions independently.
Proofread and review all content for quality, consistency, and compliance.
Identify future content hiring needs as workload grows.
Requirements
10–15 years of experience in copywriting and content strategy, preferably in an agency environment.
Experience working with international, especially US-based, clients.
Strong expertise in direct-response, email/SMS, paid advertising, and brand copywriting.
Excellent written English with native or near-native proficiency.
Ability to manage multiple brand voices and client accounts simultaneously.
Comfortable working during core US business hours.
Preferred
SEO and web content writing experience.
UX writing experience for websites or applications.
Experience writing for both B2B and B2C (DTC/eCommerce) brands.
