✨ About the Role ✨

We are looking for a Self-Driven Operations Finance Specialist who will lead operations finance, continue building systems and processes, and keep both the operations & finance running smoothly.

✨ Your responsibilities ✨

· Invoice Verification & Processing: Check, verify, and process all incoming invoices with high precision and accuracy.

· Month-End Reporting: Prepare, review, and deliver comprehensive end-of-month inventory and operational financial reports.

· Process Optimization: Continuously build, document, and refine internal systems and workflows to improve overall efficiency.

· Financial Forecasting: Assist in forecasting finances, modeling operational costs, and providing actionable insights based on financial data.

✨ What we’re looking for ✨

· Data & Spreadsheet Proficiency: Highly comfortable and experienced with Google Sheets, data analysis, and formula-driven reporting.

· Systems Mindset: You naturally see chaos and build order. You love creating systems that make processes repeatable and mistake-proof.

· Detail-Oriented & Organized: You have a high standard for accuracy; numbers align, invoices are verified, and details never fall through the cracks.

· Proactive Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills. You keep stakeholders informed before they even have to ask.

· Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a self-driven attitude. When you run into a roadblock, you figure out a path forward.

· Adaptability: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
