Driver

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Driver to support our field operations. This role involves daily travel to project and field sites, transporting staff, equipment, and supplies safely and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong knowledge of local routes, and the ability to work flexible hours as field schedules require.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive staff to and from field/project sites on a daily basis, following planned schedules and routes
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy at all times (routine checks on oil, tires, brakes, fuel, etc.)
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Ensure passenger safety by following traffic rules and safe driving practices at all times
• Assist with loading/unloading of equipment, documents, or supplies as needed
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or delays promptly to the relevant supervisor
• Keep vehicle documents (registration, insurance, route permits) up to date and readily available
• Be available for early morning departures if field visits require it
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality regarding organizational matters during travel

Requirements

Valid driving license (LTV) with a clean driving record

Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience

Strong knowledge of local roads, routes, and field/project areas within Karachi

Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to handle minor issues on the road

Physically fit and able to handle long hours of driving, including rough or rural terrain

Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious

Basic literacy to maintain trip logs and communicate via phone/text when needed

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
