Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with product and service information.
• Follow up with potential clients and generate leads.
• Maintain accurate chat records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales team when required.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or higher qualification (Intermediate candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Good written communication and typing skills.
• Relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• Fresh Candidates: Commission-based with fuel allowance (no fixed salary).
• Experienced Candidates: Attractive salary package plus commission and fuel allowance, based on relevant experience and performance.

Job type part time ( 6 hour Shift ) 7pm to 1 am ( evening to night)
