Call Centre Agents Inbound / Outbound (Day Shift - FEMALES)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking results-driven Call Centre Agents (Day shift) to join their team. The primaryresponsibility of this role is to engage potential customers through cold calling, guide them in making informed decisions, and convert leads into sales. This role also requires to answer queries, forward the queries / leads to the concerned teams & departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects, providing accurate information and
• addressing their needs.
• Send personalized emails based on customer requirements.
• Generate and manage qualified leads for follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain the required daily talk time and adhere to performance targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in a call center environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong convincing and guiding abilities to assist prospects effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to set and manage priorities effectively.

Note: Prior experience is not mandatory, as long as you have good communication skills.
