Role Description The Autumn Internships M1 (A26) role is a full-time, remote internship designed for individuals interested in the intersection of aviation and technology. Interns will support daily operations by assisting with research, data collection, and analysis related to private aviation workflows and marketplace activities. They will help document processes, contribute to internal and external communications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and marketing to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Responsibilities may include preparing reports, organizing information for stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that improve transparency and efficiency within M1’s ecosystem. Interns will also participate in virtual meetings, share progress regularly, and proactively identify opportunities to add value in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize findings clearly for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare concise documentation, reports, and updates.
• Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms; ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Interest in private aviation, marketplaces, or AI-enabled technology products; willingness to learn about aviation operations and industry dynamics.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, data, aviation management, economics, or a related discipline).
