About the Role

We are looking for an experienced YouTube Growth & SEO Specialist who has a proven track record of growing YouTube channels organically. The ideal candidate should understand YouTube's algorithm and be able to increase views, subscribers, watch time, and help achieve YouTube monetization through ethical, organic strategies.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a complete YouTube growth strategy.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists for SEO.
- Improve Click-Through Rate (CTR) through high-performing titles and thumbnail strategies.
- Analyze audience retention and recommend improvements.
- Create and manage a content publishing strategy.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics and provide weekly performance reports.
- Suggest trending topics and viral content ideas.
- Increase organic traffic, subscribers, and watch time.
- Guide the team toward achieving YouTube monetization requirements.
- Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and best practices.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in YouTube SEO and channel growth.
- Proven portfolio of YouTube channels that achieved significant organic growth.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube Analytics, TubeBuddy, vidIQ, Google Trends, and keyword research.
- Experience improving CTR, audience retention, and watch time.
- Strong understanding of thumbnails, titles, and YouTube recommendations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience growing AI, animation, Cartoons, or other entertainment channels.
- Experience helping channels reach YouTube monetization.

- Increase organic views.
