Video Editor

We are hiring multiple skilled Video Editors to join our growing media team. We are looking for both short-form editors (fast-paced, high-retention content) and long-form editors (structured, story-driven content).

This role is ideal for experienced editors who understand pacing, storytelling, audience retention, and professional post-production workflows. We are seeking individuals who can deliver polished, engaging edits efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and/or long-form video content
• Structure footage into compelling, high-retention narratives
• Apply professional transitions, sound design, and pacing techniques
• Sync audio and video accurately
• Add graphics, subtitles, and basic motion elements where required
• Color correct and enhance overall visual quality
• Deliver projects within deadlines
• Collaborate with team members while working independently

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience using Adobe Premiere Pro (required)
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention
• Experience editing both short-form (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style) and/or long-form content
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong audio editing skills
• Good understanding of subtitles and caption integration
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
• High-performance hardware capable of handling large video files smoothly
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Independent and self-directed — no micromanagement required

Technical Requirements

• Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced proficiency required)
• Stable high-speed internet
• Professional-grade computer capable of handling 4K or large video files
• Organized file management and workflow practices

Compensation

We are open to:

• Project-based pay (per video or per package)
