AI Content Creator — TikTok Growth DoubleSpeed · Karachi (Shaheed-e-Millat) · On-site · 9 PM – 5 AM

We build AI-powered content infrastructure for US brands at scale. Backed by a16z Speedrun, we're not a content agency — we're a product company, and this role sits at the core of what we ship.

What you'll do

• Create short-form video and AI-generated content for US audiences using tools like Kling AI, HeyGen, and avatar/UGC platforms
• Build and iterate on content workflows that combine AI generation with performance insights
• Own output quality — hooks, pacing, format — not just volume
• Work directly with the team to test what stops the scroll
• 
   

What we're looking for

• You've made content that actually performed — you know why it worked
• Fluent in AI content tools (Kling, HeyGen, CapCut, or equivalent)
• You think in hooks, not just visuals
• Comfortable in a fast, iterative environment where the bar moves
• 
   

The role

• On-site, Karachi (Shaheed-e-Millat Road)
• 9 PM – 5 AM shift
• 6 days/week
• PKR 75,000/month + performance-based raises
• Transport provided
• Full-time only
